Clear expectations from the first click.
These terms govern use of the Memra Management website. Separate signed terms govern any creator-management relationship.
1. Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old to use the application or enquire about creator management services.
2. No guarantee of earnings
Creator results vary. Screenshots, examples and historical outcomes are provided for context and do not promise or guarantee any level of revenue, growth or ranking.
3. Application is not acceptance
Growth-review requests use the same form as management applications. Submitting that form does not create a management relationship or require either party to proceed. A relationship begins only after both parties sign separate written terms.
4. Accurate information
Please provide information that is accurate and that you are entitled to share. Do not send account passwords, financial credentials, identity documents or private content through the initial application form.
5. Website content
Website copy, visual identity and original materials belong to Memra or their respective owners. You may not reproduce them commercially without permission.
6. Third-party platforms
OnlyFans and other platform names belong to their respective owners. Memra Management is an independent management business and is not endorsed by or affiliated with those platforms.
7. Availability
We aim to keep this website accurate and available, but may change, suspend or correct content without notice. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from this site.
8. Contact and legal details
Memra Management is registered in the United States. Website enquiries can be sent to zcf@memra.store. The registered business address and state-specific legal details will be added when confirmed.
