Privacy notice

Last updated 4 September 2026

Privacy should be part of the operating model.

This notice explains what Memra Management collects through this website, why it is used and the choices available to applicants.

1. Who is responsible

Memra Management is responsible for application data submitted through this website. Privacy and data requests can be sent to zcf@memra.store. The company’s full legal name and registered address will be added when confirmed.

2. What we collect

For the optional private growth review, we collect your first name, email address, creator stage, confirmation that you are 18 or older, and the time you consented. For the longer creator application, we also collect your phone number, country, broad monthly revenue range, optional creator-platform link, at least one Instagram or TikTok handle, daily availability for marketing and content, and your goals.

We do not ask for identity documents, account passwords, payment information or private content in either initial website form. Applicants who progress may later receive a separate secure onboarding request for any further information needed before a trial.

3. Why we use it

We use enquiry and application data only to assess whether there may be a mutual fit, contact you with private feedback or about the application, arrange a strategy conversation and protect the forms from misuse.

4. Legal basis

We process the application because you ask us to take steps toward a potential working relationship and because we have a legitimate interest in reviewing and responding to genuine enquiries. Where consent is legally required, the form asks for it directly.

5. Storage and access

Initial application records are stored in the website’s managed database. Access should be restricted to team members who review creator applications. The public website does not expose an applicant directory or public administration page.

Information requested later through a secure onboarding provider is kept separately from the public website’s application database. Sensitive documents must not be copied into ordinary email, direct messages or unrestricted shared drives, and team access should be limited to those who need it for onboarding.

6. Retention

Untouched growth-review enquiries are marked to expire after 30 days. New, unsuccessful full applications are marked to expire after 90 days. Expired records are removed by the intake system. If discussions progress, relevant information may be retained longer to manage the relationship or meet legal obligations. A launch-ready operating procedure should cover deletion requests and active-client records.

7. Sharing and international processing

Information may be processed by infrastructure, communication and onboarding providers acting for Memra. Memra should maintain a current provider list and appropriate safeguards for international transfers. We do not sell applicant information.

8. Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to certain processing, or withdraw consent. Contact zcf@memra.store to make a request.

9. Age restriction

This website and application are only for adults aged 18 or older. Do not apply if you are under 18. The initial form uses an 18+ declaration; applicants who progress may be asked for appropriate supporting information through a separate secure process before a trial or onboarding.

10. Changes

We may update this notice when the application process, providers or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
